Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service, project planning /implementation or administrative support experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business, Healthcare, or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service and administrative support in the enhancement, development, expansion and daily operations of Seattle Children's alternative transportation program.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for in-person, electronic, and telephone inquiries, providing timely, accurate and appropriate information to all staff who contact the department.
• Assist workforce with alternative commute planning and with parking needs.
• Participate in outreach efforts to workforce to ensure understanding of transportation offerings.
• Provide feedback from customers and track relevant customer service data for use in program development.
• Assist in the audit of parking utilization records for accuracy.
