• Significant experience in Pennsylvania transportation market.
• Strong highway/roadway/bridge design background.
• Experience in engineering consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships with key transportation clients across Pennsylvania.
• Strengthen relationships with PennDOT, PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
• Identify, pursue and secure highway, bridge and wider transportation opportunities.
• Develop client and account strategies across Pittsburgh and Western PA.
• Support capture planning, proposals, presentations and major pursuits.
• Maintain senior-level involvement across key projects and programs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across roadway, highway, bridge and related disciplines.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and transportation forums.
• Mentor and support senior project and technical staff.
