The role centers on providing technical leadership as a Project Manager for urban and rural highway/bridge projects, including design, traffic management, planning, and CAD-based layouts. Required 15+ years in highway/transport projects, a BS in Civil Engineering, and a PE license; proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, InRoads/OpenRoads,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in highway/roadway and transportation project design and management.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required.
• Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, InRoads, OpenRoads and Office 365.
• Experience coordinating with DOT, counties and local municipalities, and client coordination.
• Experience with highway design, traffic engineering, drainage, and H&H modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff to complete assignments.
• Lead major or several complex projects with multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines on projects.
• Manage scopes, budgets and cost estimates.
• Develop marketing efforts and client engagement.
