Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Client Service Leader for the Pennsylvania Transportation practice. Based in Pittsburgh or Harrisburg, you will steer business strategy, develop new and existing client relationships, and oversee transit planning, design, CEI, and project management services.

Travel to client sites is expected as needed. You will lead client service initiatives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and represent the firm on transportation boards and professional societies, driving growth

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new business strategies in the Pennsylvania transportation market with current clients and growth of new clients.
• Develop and manage client teams to support strategic capture, proposals and presentations.
• Lead effective sales activities with the client service team to develop winning pursuits.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
• Implement procedures to improve client satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business.
• Serve as a key member of the strategy team promoting growth in Pennsylvania and support other North Group growth initiatives.
• Provide technical or project leadership on large, strategic projects as needed.
• Engage with professional societies where clients or potential clients are members.
• Exhibit strong leadership both internally and externally.
