Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd seeks a Senior Transportation Client Leader to drive growth in Pennsylvania, with emphasis on Pittsburgh. You will lead relationships with public-sector clients and guide capture of highway, bridge and transportation projects across the state.

Role requires senior leadership, client development expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while delivering strategic project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Pennsylvania transportation engineering market.
• Strong background in highway, roadway, bridge or transportation design.
• Experience delivering projects for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike or other major public-sector transportation clients.
• Established relationships within Pittsburgh, Western Pennsylvania and/or wider PA transportation market.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships.
• Experience supporting business development, pursuits or account growth.
• Strong understanding of transportation project delivery and multidisciplinary design.
• Experience leading project teams, technical teams or complex transportation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships with key transportation clients across Pennsylvania.
• Strengthen relationships with PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
• Identify and pursue highway, bridge and broader transportation opportunities.
• Develop client and account strategies for Pittsburgh and Western PA.
• Support capture planning, proposals, presentations and major pursuits.
• Maintain senior-level involvement across key projects and programs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across roadway, highway, bridge and related disciplines.
• Represent the business at client meetings and industry events.
