• Oversee project scheduling, costs and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain client relationships across PA.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD staff.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping for new work.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
• Contribute to industry events and internal development.
