Job summary

Davies North America is expanding in the commercial transportation division and seeks Liability Commercial adjusters with Bodily Injury and Litigation experience. The role focuses on adjudicating Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims, providing excellent customer service and detailed reporting to clients.

Candidates should have the ability to analyze coverage, hold multi-state licenses (Texas preferred), and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial transportation claims experience.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Hold a Texas all-lines license with ability to secure reciprocal licenses in other states.
• Ability to analyze coverage and adjudicate Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims.
• Experience with multi-state claim investigations and coordinating with insureds, attorneys, and vendors.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high exposure third party property damage and bodily injury claims across multiple states.
• Coordinate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors to confirm coverage and liability.
• Maintain claim diaries and timely client reporting.
• Manage reserves and loss adjustment expenses.
• Document all correspondence in the claims system.
• Notify management of claim developments.
