Job summary

Davies North America is seeking an experienced General Liability adjuster to resolve claims through investigating losses and negotiating settlements for casualty claims. This is a desk position and requires knowledge of the standard general liability policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Commercial claims handling experience including bodily injury.
• Desk position requiring knowledge of general liability policy.
• Evidence of adjuster licensure and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and attorneys to gather facts.
• Assess coverage and identify potential issues.
• Determine liability for third party claims.
• Document damages and manage claim inspections.
• Handle bodily injury and litigated claims and settlements.
• Review tenders and oversee field assignments for inspections.
