• Manages and completes CI and engineering projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develops Lean tools and applies CI methodologies to optimize transportation operations.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events across all stages of improvement.
• Provides regular data-driven updates and recommendations to meet site objectives.
