Responsibilities

• Sales and acquisition: contact new customers to grow accounts.
• Relationship building with shippers and carriers.
• Consultation to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
• Capacity growth by connecting with carriers for projects.
• Pricing strategy and rate negotiations based on market rates.
• Daily check calls on loads in transit and documentation for freight bills.
• Uphold company standards of Customer, Company, Office.
