• Minimum of 3 years' experience in freight brokerage or customer service.
• College degree highly desired or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition and problem solving through close customer engagement.
• Relationship building with shippers and developing accounts to increase profitable volume.
• Carrier management and pricing to optimize capacity and rates.
• Logistics and compliance to ensure smooth freight brokerage operations.
• Daily check calls on loads in transit and documentation for freight bills.
• Uphold company standards and embody the core principles of Customer, Company, Office.
