Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight brokerage or customer service.
• College degree highly desired or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and work ethic.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on loads in transit and prepare freight bill documentation.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipping logistics for cargo.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain standards of the company principles: Customer, Company, Office.
• In-office Monday to Friday; rotating Saturday shift.
