Job summary

You will ensure transportation loads are accurately documented, priced, billed, and processed in a timely manner, collaborating with customers, suppliers, dispatchers, drivers and internal teams. The role involves processing Bills of Lading, generating customer invoices for fuel and propane semi-load purchases, verifying supplier invoices, tracking

Qualifications

• Experience with billing or accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Process Bills of Lading and other delivery documents in the accounting system.
• Generate customer invoices for fuel and propane semi-load purchases.
• Verify supplier invoices for fuel and propane purchases.
• Track multiple fuel and propane inventories monthly.
• Scan and file Bills of Lading and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify pricing, quantities, and billing.
• Review load documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to transportation, fuel, and propane operations.
