Sunoco LP is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare bills, verify billing with the AR ledger, and process system updates for accurate financial close. You will generate weekly invoices for branches and twice weekly for the Minot site, reconcile buy-back accounts, and assist customers by phone or email while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires data entry accuracy, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of accounts receivable/payable or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data entry skills essential.
• Ability to manage large workloads under tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel) and related software.

Mansioni

• Prepare and send invoices weekly; Minot branch invoices twice weekly.
• Process and verify billing with accounts receivable ledger.
• Enter buy-back data and reconcile buy-back accounts monthly.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or in person; update account info with Credit Department.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Attend meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Support safety and risk management practices and deadlines.
