Qualifications

• Prior billing experience or relevant education required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Bills of Lading and other delivery documents through the accounting system.
• Generate customer invoices for fuel and propane semi load purchases.
• Verify incoming supplier invoices for fuel and propane purchases.
• Track fuel and propane inventories monthly.
• Scan, organize, and file Bills of Lading and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify pricing, quantities, and billing.
• Review load documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to transportation, fuel, and propane operations.
