Job summary

CDM Smith in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Leader to drive sales for our West Transportation Group in Southern California. You will develop a business strategy to increase sales with existing clients and to develop new clients across the greater SoCal region.

You will lead business development activities, oversee client service, represent CDM Smith on transportation boards, and serve as a leader within our office and the organization. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for transportation services in the greater Southern California market.
• Develop and manage client teams to develop strategic capture plans and proposals.
• Lead growth initiatives as part of the West Transportation Group strategy.
• Serve as a technical or project leader on large, strategic projects.
• Engage in professional societies where clients are members.
• Be a strong leader internally and externally.
