Responsibilities

• Develop client engagement strategies and pursuit plans for water, wastewater, and environmental projects in Northern California.
• Align CDM Smith strategies with local business development activities.
• Be responsible for financial performance of projects within a client portfolio.
• Lead client and project teams to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Develop and lead proposals and presentations and implement CDM Smith’s Sales Delivery Process.
• Negotiate with clients and partners to advance opportunities and resolve issues.
• Contribute to technical approaches and strategies for projects.
• Support on multiple projects and help meet billable hour targets.
• Aim to meet annual sales goals from existing and new clients.
