CDM Smith is seeking a Client Service Leader to oversee our transportation practice in Texas. The selected candidate will lead business development activities, as well as developing client relationships and strategies to expand our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) business. This role will involve managing client teams and serving as a leader in the organization.
Qualified candidates should have at least 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. A strong understanding of Texas transportation agencies is essential, along with proven communication and leadership abilities.

In this position, you will work with a dynamic team to continue building our transportation Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) business. You will lead the development of a business strategy to increase sales with our existing clients and to develop new clients across Texas. This position leads business development activities, oversees overall client service, represents CDM Smith on CE&I related boards or organizations, and serves as a leader in your office and throughout the organization.
