Qualifications

• Minimum two years in warehouse administrative or clerical work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Strong communication, math/analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales, and customer issues.
• Use MS Excel and other software to create and share reports and files.
• Assist in damages/shorts process and complete related paperwork.
• Schedule backhaul and transportation related activities and communications.
• Coordinate pickup appointments and backhaul logistics with vendors.
