US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support inbound, outbound and general warehouse operations. You will handle data entry, reporting and record maintenance to ensure timely freight delivery and proper distribution of items.

The role requires communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a team, with a starting wage around the posted union rate and a schedule from Sunday to Thursday mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations including data entry and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute routine forms, reports, and documents and track metrics.
• Coordinate receiving/shipping activities, and respond to internal/external inquiries to support operations.
• Assist with scheduling, stock checks, and ensuring accurate documentation for audits.
