US Foods is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments. The role handles order processing, responses to inquiries, data tracking, and report preparation in a warehouse/production context.

You will interpret guidelines, maintain data accuracy, and support managers with routine analyses and documentation. Strong communication, math, and computer skills are essential for success in this office-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year production and/or warehouse experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Respond to general inquiries and telephone calls.
• Verify information and data to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Create and maintain basic charts, graphs, spreadsheets and databases for manager review.
• Prepare and update recurring and routine internal reports, and maintain files.
