AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a dependable dispatcher support specialist to assist drivers on overnight shifts in De Pere, WI. You will handle inbound calls, resolve route and delivery issues, and manage essential paperwork to keep operations compliant and on track.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound driver calls and help resolve issues on the road: delays, breakdowns, routing questions, delivery problems
• Process and file driver paperwork: logs, bills of lading, proof of delivery, DVIRs, and trip documents
• Track loads in progress and flag anything running behind
• Escalate safety, accident, or compliance issues to the right on-call contact
• Hand off open items to the day team with a clear shift summary
