Responsibilities

• Answer inbound driver calls and help resolve issues on the road: delays, breakdowns, routing questions, delivery problems.
• Process and file driver paperwork: logs, bills of lading, proof of delivery, DVIRs, and trip documents.
• Track loads in progress and flag anything running behind.
• Escalate safety, accident, or compliance issues to the right on-call contact.
• Hand off open items to the day team with a clear shift summary.
