Qualifications

• NY license as CLT or eligibility with relevant experience.
• Molecular tissue typing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparation and testing of tissue samples for histocompatibility testing.
• Carry out HLA typing by serological and molecular methods (SSP & SSO-Luminex).
• Report testing issues to lead tech, supervisor, or director.
• Support 24/7 lab coverage for organ transplant programs.
• Assist in equipment setup, procedure updates, and manual development.
• Develop and implement routine preventive maintenance for lab equipment.
