This role focuses on managing a portfolio of transmission projects from scope through delivery and billing. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of power transmission design or management experience, be comfortable leading engineers and technicians, and collaborate across departments to win work and grow Westwood’s

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in power transmission design and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering from ABET program.
• Ability to direct engineers and technicians and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of overhead and underground transmission facilities and standards (NESC/IEEE).

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission design projects from scope to delivery and billing.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews and client communications.
• Monitor metrics: backlog, utilization, revenue, and cash flow.
