Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• 4+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design.
• Ability to independently direct a team of Engineers & Engineering Technicians while maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities and integration into daily activities.
• Familiarity with NESC, ASCE, IEEE, and other industry-relevant standards
• Understanding of industry design software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects in the preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing.
• Manage the engineering and financial aspects of multiple projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV.
• Prepare scope and estimates for proposals and statements of qualifications to utility clients.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections to effectively deploy people on project.
• Review, interpret, and act upon business metrics including backlog, work in process and account receivables
• Prepare, maintain and coordinate schedules of multiple concurrent projects
• Develop and track milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Manage and provide guidance and direction for professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department management to develop, evaluate, and implement new policies and procedures reflecting best engineering practices.
• Maintain great relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities with potential future clients.
