Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Project Manager to lead a portfolio of transmission-focused engineering design projects and support business development. This role offers growth from project management into client account management.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of engineering design/management experience on transmission projects, and the ability to guide engineers and technicians while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 4+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians with quality results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects in utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing.
• Manage engineering and financial aspects of multiple projects from 34.5kV to 500kV.
• Prepare scope and estimates for proposals and statements of qualifications.
• Develop project work plans and budgets to deploy staff effectively.
• Review and act on business metrics including backlog and revenue.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple concurrent projects and milestones.
• Provide guidance for professional communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to develop and implement new policies reflecting best practices.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new opportunities.
