Job summary

Mid, Senior and Lead levels offer end-to-end ownership from routing and engineering analysis to procurement and construction-ready packages, with mentorship for less experienced engineers and active client interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in electric utility transmission design.
• Expert-level knowledge of PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
• Working knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE codes.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into clear project scopes and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design overhead and underground transmission systems using PLS-CADD.
• Lead end-to-end project work from routing and analysis to procurement packages.
• Apply modeling tools (PLS-TOWER, LPILE, FAD) for site-specific challenges.
• For senior/lead roles, mentor engineers, manage client interfaces and drive delivery.
