• Develops construction and/or maintenance plans by establishing measurable goals and objectives.
• Provides training, guidance, and performance improvement activities for employees.
• Organizes planning meetings for scheduling and maintenance with company and contract personnel.
• Directs personnel in performance of duties as per job description.
• Procures materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Ensures safety and adherence to labor agreements and company policies.
