Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical transmission systems. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines, with travel to various job sites as needed, reporting to the General Foreman.

The position requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage projects and crews under demanding conditions. Candidates must have five years of transmission line experience and a valid CDL; willingness to work long hours,

Qualifications

• Five years of transmission line experience.
• Valid CDL required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; work extended hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair transmission systems with safety first.
• Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized lines.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines; ensure safe procedures.
• Operate transmission line equipment and perform rigging jobs.
• Work outdoors in varied conditions and be available for outages/on-call.
