HDR is seeking a Transmission EPC Project Engineering Lead to drive pursuit-to-execution for high‑voltage projects in the United States. You will lead technical bid development, estimating, and transition duties while coordinating HDR’s power delivery staff and partners to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Minimum 10 years in transmission design and 5 years leading EPC engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pursuit Champion / Manager on Transmission EPC projects and transition to execution phase.
• Lead technical risk analysis discussions and provide VE and constructability solutions.
• Develop HDR scope, schedule and budgets for AD projects with cross-discipline coordination.
• Engage with land survey, geotechnical, environmental, GIS, and real estate teams as needed.
• Assist in FEED team development and project handoffs when required.
• Create templates, standards and templates to support EPC pursuits and projects.
