Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line EPC Program Lead to heading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design, routing, permitting, and construction coordination across major programs. You will guide execution plans and ensure alignment with clients and contractors.

The role requires extensive experience in transmission line design and EPC delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience.
Minimum of 5 years in project management.
Experience in transmission line design and EPC delivery is preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; collaborate with design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transmission line scope within large EPC programs, focusing on technical delivery and execution.
Advise clients on routing, permitting, and material strategy for transmission lines.
Plan, direct, and monitor scope execution with the EPC contractor.
Coordinate with substation, real estate, and environmental teams for integration.
Identify risks and issues and support timely decision-making.
Mentor HDR staff and subconsultants on transmission line projects.
