Job summary

HDR seeks a Transmission Line EPC Program Lead to drive technical delivery and coordination across large, multidisciplinary programs. You will partner with clients, contractors, and HDR teams to manage routing, design, environmental planning, right-of-way, procurement, and construction support.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in related work, and 5+ years of project management experience, with willingness to travel. HDR offers a robust benefits package and employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 10 years related experience and minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational, PM and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission line scope within large EPC infrastructure programs.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and execution aspects of transmission line development.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of transmission line scope execution.
• Serve as primary interface between owner, engineering teams, and EPC contractor.
• Mentor HDR staff and subconsultants; manage scope, schedule and budget.
