Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line EPC Program Lead to guide the transmission line scope across large infrastructure programs. You will advise on routing, design, permitting, constructability, right-of-way, and material strategy, coordinating closely with owners, engineering teams, and EPC contractors.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, execution planning, and cross-team integration. You will mentor HDR staff and subconsultants, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring QA/QC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PE licensure preferred.
• 10+ years related experience; PM experience of 5+ years.
• Experience with HV transmission line projects and EPC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission line scope within large EPC programs.
• Advise on routing, design, permitting, constructability, and ROW.
• Plan, direct, and monitor transmission line scope execution with contractors.
• Coordinate with owner, engineering teams, and EPC contractor for alignment.
• Mentor HDR staff and subconsultants; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
