You will manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relations, ensuring compliance with contracts and corporate policies.

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost control on EPC/CM projects.
• Negotiate contracts, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Develop project plans, staffing, procurement, and risk management.
• Interface with clients and manage client relations.
• Review and report project performance, budgeting and cash flow.
