Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX. The position supports EPC/PM leadership, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts and field staff for multiple projects.

You will lead planning, risk reviews, client relations, and bid/contract activities, while ensuring project deliverables align with scope and regulatory requirements. A strong PM background in construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with PM experience.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction is required or substituted by experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and PM software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Multiple years of field construction/project management experience across industries is preferred.
• Must meet driving requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for single or multiple projects.
• Support planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and project objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships for proposals and projects.
• Participate in risk reviews and consult with Legal as required.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Implement project execution plans, safety, quality, and procurement plans.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate global disciplines and staff.
• Review permits, reports, budgets, and cash flow; present to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver engineering deliverables per schedule.
• Manage contract administration, RFIs, submittals, changes, closeout, and claims mitigation.
• Oversee invoicing, staffing, and labor cost management; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate commissioning and startup activities; ensure documentation is complete.
