Job summary

Burns & McDonnell seeks a Construction Project Manager to support EPC Program Management from pre-construction through completion. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across multiple projects, interfacing with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; 7 years of relevant project management experience.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of one or more projects.
Provide direction in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and project objectives.
Develop and manage client relationships; interface with clients for proposals and project items.
Negotiate prime contracts, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
Ensure safety programs are followed and promote Safety & Health performance.
