Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects, from substation upgrades to new substations, ensuring safety, schedule, and design compliance.

You will interpret engineering drawings and enforce owner construction standards while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor performance on electric transmission construction projects.
• Ensure work safety, adherence to design specifications, and schedule commitments.
• Manage substation upgrades and construction of new substations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide guidance for construction.
• Enforce owner construction standards and safety terms.
• Mentor and train junior Transmission Construction Representatives.
