Job summary

Think Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms in electric transmission projects. You will ensure work is safely completed and aligned with design specifications.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in transmission line and substation work, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant transmission line and substation work experience required.
• Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must currently be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors adhere to all contract requirements during construction.
• Monitor safe completion of work, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Manage a wide scope of projects, including substation upgrades.
• Identify issues that could impact project success.
• Assist in resolving issues to maintain project timelines and quality.
