Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and conformance with design specifications across upgrades and new substations.

The role requires leading and mentoring junior TCRs, interpreting engineering drawings, and enforcing compliance with owner standards. Travel and field presence are expected as required by project needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractor teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and design specifications are met.
• Manage substations upgrades and new substations construction.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting timelines, quality or safety.
• Provide guidance on engineering drawings and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with owner construction standards and safety terms.
• Lead and train lower-level Transmission Construction Representatives.
