Job summary

Think Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance for electric transmission system projects. Your role will include ensuring compliance with safety standards and contract terms, and managing a range of projects from upgrades to new constructions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and will be responsible for mentoring lower-level representatives while handling the responsibilities of this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant transmission line and substation work experience required.
• Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred.
• Compliance management experience is a plus.
• Must currently be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors adhere to all contract requirements.
• Monitor safe completion of work and alignment with design specifications.
• Manage a wide scope of projects including substation upgrades.
• Proactively identify potential issues impacting project success.
• Mentor and train lower-level Transmission Construction Representatives.
