Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Associate Analyst, Transmission to support NPCC regulatory filings, coordinate with ISO-NE, and work with SMEs to ensure NERC and ISO-NE compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating SME tasks, preparing NERC Event Analysis reports, and maintaining Archer records. Occasional travel for MA/CT/NH is required; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years related experience required for associate level.
• Willingness to travel / emergency restoration availability.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with NERC, ISO-NE, and NPCC standards and review SME records.
• Coordinate SME tasks through Archer (compliance application).
• Prepare NERC Event Analysis reports with SMEs.
• Support Manager of Reliability Compliance with data gathering for filings.
• Coordinate information gathering for all NERC, NPCC, and ISO-NE filings.
