Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks an Associate Analyst, Transmission to support NPCC regulatory filings and post‑filing responses across Westwood, MA; Berlin, CT; and Hooksett, NH. You will interface with ISO‑NE and transmission operations to ensure proper reporting of NERC and ISO‑NE requirements.

You will collaborate with SMEs in engineering, planning and compliance to coordinate filings and analyses, maintaining current regulatory knowledge. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 0–3 years related experience for associate level.
• Familiarity with NERC, ISO‑NE and NPCC rules desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with NERC/ISO‑NE/NPCC standards by reviewing SME records.
• Assign and track SME tasks in Archer.
• Prepare and discuss NERC Event Analysis with SMEs.
• Support Manager of Reliability Compliance with data gathering for filings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date regulatory records and participate in cross‑functional engagements within Eversource.
