Job summary

Eversource seeks an Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support NPCC regulatory filings and ISO-NE coordination from Westwood, MA or Berlin, CT or Hooksett, NH. The role interfaces with ISO-NE and SME teams to ensure timely, compliant reporting of NERC and NPCC requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, 0-3 years’ experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology required.
• 0-3 years related experience required; engineering design experience preferred.
• AIT/EIT preferred.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (NERC/NPCC/ISO-NE) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with NERC/NPCC and ISO-NE requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and SME task assignment in Archer.
• Prepare summaries for management and regulators.
• Support reporting and analytics for Reliability Compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of applicable rules and regulations.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
