Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support Transmission in Westwood, MA or Berlin, CT or Hooksett, NH. You will participate in the planning, preparation, and review of NPCC regulatory filings as well as post-filing response, interfacing with ISO-NE and coordinating required filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 0–3 years of related experience; engineering design experience preferred.
• EIT preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with engineering/test/maintenance standards by reviewing SME-submitted records.
• Coordinate SME tasks through Archer (compliance application).
• Prepare and discuss NERC Event Analysis reports with SMEs.
• Conduct Self Assessments with SME support to verify compliance.
• Coordinate Reportability Determinations per NERC/NPCC requirements.
• Provide analytical support to the Manager of Reliability Compliance for NERC/NPCC/ISO-NE filings.
• Maintain up-to-date records of applicable rules in Archer & Compliance Universe.
• Ensure accurate records for all filings and support regulatory filings.
