Job summary

Eversource Energy in the Northeast seeks an Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support the Transmission group across MA/CT/NH sites in Westwood, Berlin, or Hooksett. You will coordinate NERC/NPCC filings, interact with ISO-NE, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while maintaining records in Archer and regulatory databases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or Engineering Technology), 0–3 years’ experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; EIT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology required.
• 0-3 years related experience required; engineering design experience preferred.
• Including EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with NERC/NPCC standards with SMEs and review records.
• Assign SME tasks through Archer and track progress.
• Prepare NERC Event Analysis reports with SMEs.
• Coordinate Self Assessments and reportability determinations.
• Support Manager with data gathering for NERC/NPCC/ISO-NE filings.
• Maintain comprehensive records in Archer & Compliance Universe.
• Assist in regulatory filings for Transmission with management reviews.
• Prepare presentations for management and regulators.
• Manage calendar of filings and external meetings.
