Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Associate Analyst, Transmission to support NPCC regulatory filings and post-filing responses. The role interfaces with ISO-NE and coordinates with transmission operations to ensure NERC/ISO-NE reporting compliance.

Hybrid work arrangement is available with travel between MA/CT/NH as needed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 0–3 years of relevant regulatory experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Archer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field; or related combination of education and experience.
0–3 years of related experience required for the associate level.
Experience in regulatory reporting is desirable.
Familiarity with NERC, NPCC and ISO-NE requirements is preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Verify compliance with NERC/ISO-NE/NPCC standards by reviewing SME-submitted records.
Assign and track SME tasks through Archer compliance system.
Prepare and discuss NERC Event Analysis reports with SMEs.
Coordinate self-assessments, reportability determinations and internal controls evaluations.
Provide analytical support to the Manager of Reliability Compliance.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory records for transmission in Archer and Compliance Universe.
Develop knowledge of NERC standards and act as SME to standards.
Participate in NATF/EEI and NPCC groups as assigned.
