Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background investigation and drug screen required by policy.
• License requirements depend on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and other stakeholders by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of designated areas and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, and direct authorized individuals as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with emergency personnel when directed.
• Document patrols and observations accurately to deter unauthorized activity.
