Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and other stakeholders by carrying out security procedures and daily operations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal, facility, parking, curbside, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, and direct authorized individuals as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as directed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and security concerns accurately and promptly.
