Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel while performing security procedures and emergency response as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces and surrounding perimeters.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and public areas; report unauthorized access or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation.
